Members of the Bolles Class of 1957 gathered on the San Jose Campus on October 16 to dedicate their gift to the School- a bronze sculpture entitled “Transition”. The sculpture depicts the major transitions in Bolles’ history, from an all-male military academy to a co-educational college preparatory school.

The Ponte Vedra Beach Campus hosted Parent Night on September 15. The Pre-K through fifth grade teachers opened their rooms and their arms to the new class of parents. The parents were eager to meet the teachers, familiarize themselves with the campus, and learn more details about how their children spend their exciting days at Bolles. Parents had the opportunity to sit at their child’s desk, write notes for them, as well as meet all the resource teachers.

San Jose First Day of School

Students on all four Bolles campuses embarked on the 2009-10 school year August 24. The seniors held the traditional senior breakfast off-campus before school, the senior girls wore black dresses and tiaras, and the senior boys wore black and white attire as well. The San Jose Campus faculty, staff, and students also welcomed the opening of the new Bent Student Center. Lower school students were excited to return to both the Ponte Vedra Beach and Whitehurst Campuses. The Bartram Campus sprung back to life as students filled the walkways and halls to start the new year.
