On Friday, October 31, students and faculty in PreK through Grade 5 on the Lower School Whitehurst Campus dressed in a variety of costumes from princesses to witches, football stars to cheerleaders, movie stars to musicians, and more.

Bolles' 2008 celebration included all the usual fun, mixed in with a new Homecoming festival on Friday afternoon on the River Campus. The festivities included week-long theme days based on the Anchors Away travel theme including Mexican, Caribbean, Irish, and Outback/Safari. Thursday was also Denim Day, allowing students who donated to Youth Against Cancer to wear jeans. Students also place their votes throughout the week for the Homecoming Sweetheart.
